TangeloTheCat.Com™ is a website and Name Brand promoted and advertised by Dreams-ComeTrue.Com (DTC) collectively “we or us” authorized to represent the Lady-Elle StarQueen Name Brands and Products with Tangelo the Cat™, and other creations by the Artist worldwide.
SECTION 1: By visiting the site, viewing, reading or sharing our website; you are therefore using the service, and agree to comply with its terms of use and policies and to abide by its worldwide copyrighted, trade name and intellectual property features such as contents, text, photos, videos if any and exclusive guidelines that may be changed by us at anytime from time to time without giving prior notice to you other than by simply posting changes on our websites where any viewer may review the changes as posted publicly.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitations to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and or buyers of contents.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the websites contents administered by Dreams ComeTrue a Wyoming Corporation based in Cheyenne.

PLEASE READ OUR TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY PRODUCT POSTED ON THE WEBSITE; BY USING AND VISITING OUR WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND US, EXCEPT FOR DISPUTES RESOLVED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT, IS SUBJECT TO A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND MUST BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION.
If you disagree with any of the terms of use or conditions, or modifications, or become dissatisfied with the website(s) in any way, your only recourse is to simply discontinue its use, and stop visiting our website at your earliest convenience.

SECTION 2: Products Licenses and Restrictions. The Lady-Elle StarQueen Name Brands, including, but not limited to her cartoons, photos, illustrations, and any other creation and artwork, are copyrighted, patented or trademarked property of the copyright owner-the licensor; and all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, patents and other intellectual property rights in the Products Lines presented to you are owned by Lady-Elle StarQueen, and or her estate, and protected by the copyright laws of the United States and international treaties.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website or to any Product or License granted to you, if we have probable reason to believe that you have engaged in infringement of any copyrighted Product, Trade Name, Trade Mark and Name Brand that we represent and license. We (DCT) enforce these rights to the full extent of the law.

SECTION 3: Licensing a Product. All Licenses, and Products are administered through DCT and the Copyrights are not available for sale but for lease only when authorized by the Licensor. Please contact DCT by email for:

- Galleries purchasing copies of Artworks for Resale,
- Auctions Events by Not For Profit Organizations Reselling Copies of
Artworks,
- Signed Copies by the Author of Artworks for Events and Non-Personal use,
- Or any other License.

Products or Licenses offered require that we pre-approve all Licensees prior to their use of the products, and that all Terms of Use have been agreed upon in writing by the Parties, with all fees pre-paid and in good standing by the Licensee(s.)

Printed Artworks are licensed in 11" x 8.5" prints that may be individually signed by the Author, or available unsigned to Schools, Hospitals, Stores, or Art Galleries and Events Organizers to help raise funds for charitable causes to benefit People, Animals or the Environment. Charitable Organizations must be pre-approved by the Licensor's Administration before any Artwork can be licensed to them for resale purposes in order to best serve the Communities and preserve the Artists' image and characters' Name Brand.

Signed or unsigned artworks licensed for personnal use only are not available for commercial purposes; and cannot be duplicated, or altered in any manner whatsoever. The copyrights of the Artworks are not transferred at any time to Licensees, or to any end-user. Buyers may not purchase any printed signed, or unsigned copies of an artwork without reading, and agreeing to all Terms and Policies.

SECTION 4: INFRINGEMENTS AND RIGHTS. We safeguard the Intellectual Properties (I.P.S) that we offer you very carefully, and ban and report companies that pirate copyrighted ownerships on their websites. If you notice an infringer that is not listed as an Authorized reseller of the Lady-Elle StarQueen Artworks or Creations, please email us as soon as possible. Thank you.

SECTION 5: Personal Use of Prints and Merchandises Sold.
No element, copies of artworks purchased by you of the DCT Services (us) may be used or exploited in any commercial way by you or any buyer unless authorized in writing by us. You may own a physical copy of a Print or, an artwork printed on merchandise, or prints sold by us to you but the copyrights owner retains full and complete ownership of any creation.

DCT or the Licensor-Copyrights-Owner does not transfer title to you of any portion of the Artworks offered to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, non-transferable license to use the product(s) that you purchase only for your personal and noncommercial use. You may not circumvent or disable any contents or copyright notice used with any of the Services, or suggests any association with our products, services or the Licensor’s Brands unless the right is granted to you in writing such as for a nationwide Billboard Campaign use or Television Commercials.

SECTION 6: When purchasing Products from an Authorized Online Shop. Contents available through our service contain links to Shops and other websites that are independently owned and operated by third parties to sell merchandises with Artworks created by Lady-Elle StarQueen. These Online Stores may have worldwide strategic distribution facilities in North America, Europe, and Australia and may be authorized to sell the Lady-Elle StarQueen Name Brands to you. DCT makes no representation, claim or warranty whatsoever as to the information that these shops offer to you on their websites except for the acknowledgment by us that all Lady-Elle StarQueen artworks that are genuinely authorized and certified by DCT to be resold on merchandises would specifically state that they are fully Authorized. For this reason we post on our website all authorized resellers of the Lady-Elle StarQueen artworks with her Name Brands on merchandises to prevent counterfeits.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you notice any infringement by any shop or unlisted licensee by copying their link into our email form. Thank you.
SECTION 7: DEALING WITH LICENSED SHOPS. Please contact each Shop's Customer Services directly for any purchase processed with them.
You may also contact us to relate your personal shopping experience with them, but the Shops must communicate directly with you and not with DCT or the Licensor. If we receive multiple complaints from Customers who received poor services or had bad shopping experiences from a Licensee, DCT will investigate the matter, and re-evaluate each case in an effort to protect you, and the Licensor’s image and the the Name Brand.

Please Note: It is your responsibility to check each Licensee’s Shop Policies and Terms periodically for their updates and changes.

SECTION 8: PRIVACY. We do not resell your email, contact information or any of your information that is or has been provided to us by you or through third parties.

SECTION 9: GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR BUYERS.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred in an unencrypted way and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. We accept company checks, money orders, and certified bank checks that may be processed through third parties payment processing services, whose contact information are disclosed during your payment process.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services or any contact on the website through which the service is provided without express written permission from us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 10: ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION.
We are not responsible for information on products that are made available on other Sites, or Licensee's Sites that may not be accurate, complete or current. But when you provide information to us or to Online Shops to purchase Products, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information in a timely manner for your purchase(s) to be processed in good faith.

SECTION 11: MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES.
Prices of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Services or any product, or any part or content thereof without notice given to you at any time and shall not be liable to anyone for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Services or products provided by any Shop either.
